We all know how beneficial exercise is no matter how old we are. Yoga is a great exercise for everyone including seniors. And we know senior exercise is important for many reasons.

The beauty of yoga is it can be done anytime, anywhere and it doesn’t matter what the weather is like. If you can’t get outdoors, indoor exercise like yoga is a great option. There are always options to exercise including in the winter time.

Now what inspired this article? Well, we at Seniors Lifestyle Magazine thoroughly enjoy sharing real stories about real people. Why? Because  they are relatable and inspiring!

In the summer we highlighted an article about someone in their 70s getting their black belt.  This was a great story about an amazing senior and senior exercise.

Well this video about an amazing woman teaching yoga at 105 years young! And to her students that are over 70 years young. It is simply amazing.
