Kathy Kuenzer is a retired professor of writing and literature and a long-time writer and editor.
After receiving her Ph.D. at age 55, she taught at Southern Methodist University and the College of Santa Fe. Kathy was a runner for nearly two decades and then switched to walking. When she was in her early 60s, she walked in eight half-marathons over five years. She has been interested in senior fitness for many years and has published articles on yoga, resistance training, tai chi, and fall prevention. Kathy and her husband of 53 years live in Fort Collins, CO.
