M.L. Holly

M.L. Holly is a recovering 16-year crack addict with more than 20 years of sobriety. During her sobriety journey, Ms. Holly obtained three college degrees, including a Master's in psychology, specializing in addiction. Ms. Holly held several positions in the mental health field. Her favorite jobs have been as a co-occurring therapist and teacher. Ms. Holly worked in the mental health field for 19-plus years. Ms. Holly has previously contributed articles to the Health and Wellness magazine, has written two published books, including her autobiography “Swimming in Addiction,” and is a public speaker. Her present position is working with special needs children in an elementary school.
