When UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson first made it public that one of the plans of fighting COVID-19 would be to isolate seniors for up to four months, it almost seemed too impossible to believe. But now, one month later, and as the number of cases and deaths continue to rise, this plan to keep those aged 70 and older safe seems like the best possible measure.

Of course, self-isolating to remain safe from catching COVID-19 may sound like a logical plan, but at the same time, it has its challenges. Seniors are now looking for ways to stay mentally, physically, and financially healthy during these times. Get Active Even at Home

One of the worst things you can do for your physical and mental wellbeing is to not stay active. Sure, you can’t go outside and enjoy the activities you normally would, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be active in your house. Stay in Touch with Loved Ones

Most seniors would agree that the hardest part about staying isolated is just that – how alone you can feel.
