Getting some exercise and fresh air is essential for humans and dogs of all ages. Many seniors want to get out with their dogs more, but they don’t want to worry about overworking themselves. #1 – Go for a Walk Around the Neighborhood

Letting your dog out in the yard for bathroom breaks just won’t cut it all the time. Dogs love exploring the outdoors and taking in new smells, and you probably like to get out of the house too. So, go for short walks around the block to help both of you get a little exercise. In fact, humans who walk their dogs usually have better overall health than those who don’t.
