As people enter their senior years, they may find it a lot harder to move around freely, and this loss of mobility can affect their independence and perhaps even their self-esteem. It doesn’t have to be this way, though. There are plenty of ways in which our elders can maintain strength so that they can walk, run, etc. by their own free will.
