You might believe that chocolate is bad for you, but studies actually show that in the right doses, chocolate can be really good for you.

If you are really stressing out, then you definitely should grab a square of chocolate.

Consuming some chocolate everyday will lower your blood pressure, and will also lower your risk of stroke. You are sure to feel better almost instantly.

You probably already regularly chew gum, but you probably did not know that gum has some excellent health properties.

While they may be expensive in retail, I keep making my own stress balls and dropping them on my desk. When I’m stressed or when I need to think about something I just reach out to them and squeeze my stress out with them!

At the end of each day strongly consider watching a comedy show or reading some jokes, so that you can rest your mind from the stress of the day.

Laughter will also trigger your immune system, and increase your ability to fight off infection.

Plus if you’ve done all the funny things in this list, you can clearly have a good laugh at yourself but I’m sure you feel better!
